Included are the Cable modem and 1 Ethernet cable. An Ethernet card is required to connect to the Cable modem. Ethernet cards can be purchased from Vianet for a one-time charge of $25.

An additional dial-up account can be purchased for an extra $5.00 per month for 10 hours of access. Overtime is billed at $1.00 per hour.

No charge dial-up will be provided if a Cable connection fails. Dial-up access will remain activated at no charge until the Cable connection is repaired.

High Speed Internet Pro, data transfer capacity of 100 GB per month, $1.00/additional GB, $50 monthly maximum applies.

To ensure high quality service for all customers, customers with abusive data transfer may have their service disconnected.
