Included are the Cable modem and 1 Ethernet cable. An Ethernet card is required to connect to the Cable modem.

An additional dial-up account can be purchased for an extra $5.00 per month for 10 hours of access. Overtime is billed at $1.00 per hour.

No charge dial-up will be provided if a Cable connection fails. Dial-up access will remain activated at no charge until the Cable connection is repaired.

** Customers who go over 80 GB will be warned. If excessive downloading continues services will be suspended until the 1st day of the following month.
