Year Round Residential Service

  • $54.99/mth including hardware rental and hardware replacement coverage
  • 1 year contract
  • One Time standard installation charge of $180.00
  • Up to 3 Mbps downstream, Up to 1 Mbps upstream
  • 5 Email accounts
  • No Charge Dialup connection if High Speed Connection fails
  • Connection speeds, amount of data moved, or some combination of the two may be limited to provide fair access to all subscribers based on the capacity of the system.

Contract Terms:
12 month contract commences the date of installation and ends on the last day of the month no less than 12 months after the start date. Customer may move the service to a different location and not void this contract, additional installation charges may apply. 30 days notice is required to cancel this service. Early cancellation of the service will result in a final bill being sent to the customer for the remaining month(s) of the contract. After the 1 year contract service will maintain on a month to month basis and customer may cancel at the end of any month with 30 days notice.

Seasonal Residential Service
  • $59.99/mth including hardware rental and hardware replacement coverage
  • 2 year contract
  • One Time standard installation charge of $180.00
  • Up to 3 Mbps downstream, Up to 1 Mbps upstream
  • 5 Email accounts
  • No Charge Dialup connection if High Speed Connection fails
  • Connection speeds, amount of data moved, or some combination of the two may be limited to provide fair access to all subscribers based on the capacity of the system.

Contract Terms:
24 month contract commences the date of installation and ends on the last day of the month no less than 24 months after the start date. Service must be active a minimum of 6 out of every 12 month period. Hardware rental charges will apply for the full 24 month contract period. 30 days notice is required to suspend the service for the season. There will be no charge for the wireless service when on hold (hardware rental charge still applies). Customer may move the service to a different location and not void this contract, additional installation charges may apply. 30 days notice is required to cancel this service. Early cancellation of the service will result in a final bill being sent to the customer for the remaining month(s) of the contract. After the 24 month period, service is on a month to month basis, no contract but still must be active 6 months per year.

Installation Costs:

I understand that there is a standard installation charge of $180.00 payable to the installer at the time of installation.

Standard Installation includes:

  • 4 hours total onsite labour to assess the property for the best possible spot for the antenna and to install the antenna outside the home and the radio inside the home.
  • Up to a total of 75’ (feet) of cable (a combination of outdoor and indoor cable is used) to run from outside antenna to inside radio
  • Installation of standard antenna

I understand that if I require additional hardware upon installation to receive the service I will be notified prior to installation and informed of any additional costs.

  • Additional hardware may include:
  • Labour charge ($65.00/hr per man)
  • Additional outdoor Cable ($1.00/ft)
  • Additional indoor Cable ($0.50/ft)
  • Tripod with mast
  • House bracket
  • Chimney mount kit
  • Mast only
  • Motorola surge suppressor
  • Higher Gain antenna
Payment Information:
I understand that an automatic payment method is required. I will provide Vianet with

Note: Automatic payments may be set for the 10th or 21st day of the month

I understand that at the time of booking an installation a payment equivalent to one month’s Wireless service, plus hardware charges is due to Vianet. If this initial payment is not made prior to installation I understand that my installation date may be moved until this payment has been received. This initial payment is not a deposit, but will pay for my first month of Internet service and hardware rental charges.
I understand that there is a $10.00 NSF charge for all returned cheques
I understand that if payment is not made by the 21st of the month my service may be locked until payment is received.

Conditions of Service:

By submitting this online request form, I acknowledge that the standard installation is $180.00 plus applicable taxes and is due to the installer upon installation. I understand that there may be additional installation charges and that I must authorize these before the work is completed.

I understand that the external radio equipment will remain the property of Vianet and shall be returned to Vianet upon cancellation of service. Client will be billed up to $1200 should the external radio equipment not be returned. I acknowledge that any additional equipment such as routers, access points, etc., are not serviced or maintained by Vianet, but are the customers responsibility and are covered by any applicable manufacturer’s warranties and technical support. Demarcation point is the indoor Wireless power supply/radio.

I understand and agree to the terms of the contract selected above and by submitting this form agree to be bound to the terms of the selected contract.

A $75 charge is applied to have someone retrieve your wireless equipment upon cancellation. No fee is applicable if you dismantle and return the equipment in full working order. There is a penalty for canceling wireless service prior to contract closing date. If you choose to cancel before your contract closing date you will be responsible to pay 100% of the charges for the remaining month(s) of the contract. You must provide a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel your wireless service and cancellations are processed on the last day of the month only.

By submitting this form I understand that I am not bound to this contract until my installation has been completed. This form is a request for installation and if service is not available at my location it will VOID this contract and there will be no charge to me provided no service was installed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are plus applicable taxes.

This order form constitutes an order of service to Vianet Internet Solutions. By submitting this online request form, I confirm the information I have provided to Vianet Internet Solutions is true to the best of my knowledge and that I am 18 years of age or older. I also agree to the terms stated in this document and agree to be bound by the terms at www.vianet.ca.
