Q3: Does my dial-up account allow multiple logins? A: All dial-up accounts excluding the unlimited plan allow multiple logins.
Q4: Does my dial-up account include roaming access? A: All dial-up accounts excluding the unlimited plan have roaming access. Q5: Do you offer toll-free dial-up access outside of Ontario or Canada? A: Yes. Please click here for more information.
Q6: How many email addresses are included with my dial-up account? A: All dial-up accounts include at least one email address. Please click here to determine how many email addresses are included with your current subscription.
Q7: Can I purchase additonal email accounts? A: Yes. Additional email accounts can be purchased for $2.00 per month.
Q8: How do I retieve/change my username and/or password? A: Please contact Vianet Technical Support at 1-800-788-0363 to retrieve/change your username and/or password. Q9: Is my IP address static or DHCP? A: Your IP address is DHCP assigned.
Q10: Can I get a static IP Address? A: A static IP address is available for an extra $10.00 per month. (The unlimited plan is not eligible for this service.)
