King Chamber Of Commerce - 2022 Annual Excellence In Business Awards:

In November, Vianet had the opportunity to attend the 2022 Excellence In Business Awards put on by the King Chamber of Commerce. This award ceremony was the 14 annual event held at Carrying Place Golf Club, with an evening to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the diverse local business community.
With the ceremony being made up of eight categories, Vianet was nominated and won the "Excellence In Large Business" against six other prominent King Township businesses. This award is presented to a company with more than 25 employees and demonstrates accomplishments in the business world, as well as dedication, passion, and determination in the community. Accepting the award on behalf of Vianet was Matt Warren, Manager of Business Solutions, and Lisa McWhirter, Manager of Special Projects.
"This award celebrates the entire team at Vianet who continue to build connections in King Township, provide friendly approachable service to our customers and who are dedicated to providing a better Internet experience.", says Lisa McWhirter, Manager of Special Projects, "I'm proud of Vianet's growth and accomplishments in King, with both our fixed wireless service and our extensive and expanding fibre optic network. We have great people at Vianet and it's wonderful to see their hard work recognized by the Chamber.
The evening brought local business members together to socialize, network and have fun at the end of a year of hard work and successfully celebrated both nominees and award winners.
