Bell Media is officially decommissioning the standalone CTV App and viewing content on ctv.ca website as of April 30, 2026.

We want to reassure our viewers that this change only affects "On-The-Go" streaming (watching on tablets, mobile devices, or computers away from your home). The CTV channel provided through your Flextv In-Home Television app or set-top box is not changing and will continue to deliver your favorite programming exactly as it does today.

How Does This Affect You?

In-Home Viewing (Flextv App or Set-top Box):
No action is required. Your home viewing experience remains the same. You can continue to watch CTV channels directly through your Flextv service without interruption.
On-The-Go Viewing (Mobile, Tablet, or Smart TV Apps):
If you currently use the CTV App to watch content on your personal devices, you will now need to use the Crave App or visit crave.ca. While the app is changing, your access remains included with your service.

How to Access CTV Content "On-The-Go"

To continue watching CTV content on your mobile devices or via the web, Flextv viewers can use the On-The-Go service - Watch TV Everywhere. If you are not yet registered for this free feature, please follow the steps below:

Download or Visit: Open the Crave App on your device or go to crave.ca.
Select Your Provider: Choose "Sign in through TV provider" and select Vianet from the list.
Secure Log In: Enter your watchTVeverywhere.ca credentials. (If you need a password reset, you can find the link on the login screen).
Link Your Bell Media Account: The first time you sign into Crave, you will be asked to link a Bell Media account. There is no cost for this account. Once linked, you'll have full access to CTV content and a selection of free episodes from the Crave library.
