Disk Space	Provided disk space is protected by double RAID redundancy. The individual RAID arrays are battery protected, their storage servers are UPS protected, and the UPS systems are generator protected.
Domain Registration	Provided domain registration is for one domain only. A surcharge will apply to certain top level domains (.CA, .TV, etc.). To qualify for the provided multi-year domain renewal, the appropriate hosting package must be active at the time of each yearly renewal.
MySQL and PostgreSQL Database Space	Includes as many databases as needed. Disk space for all databases is calculated towards the quota.
Script Debugging Assistance	Complementary script debugging is provided at our discretion. A fee may be applied for recurring, time consuming or complex issues that are not related to the hosting platform.
Script Privilege Separation	This protection helps prevent exploited scripts from altering local web site content (it does not protect database data). This service is optional as it increases the complexity of web application deployment and maintenance.
Daily Web Site Backups	Daily web site backups include database backups. Guaranteed backup retention is 21 days, actual retention may be longer. Additional protection is provided by backup duplication to an offsite Vianet owned and operated location.
