We are poised to help you and are fully staffed. Though curbside hardware pickups are available at our Sudbury location, all our offices are closed to the public until further notice.
If you have an appointment for a curbside hardware pickup, please call our local swap line once you are on location. You will be required to provide your Vianet Customer ID.

Dear valued customer,
With the growing spread of the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) throughout Canada, the need to
timely information and to keep in touch with friends and loved ones is important to all of
us. As your provider of some of these communication needs, Vianet understands the duty we
have to keep our systems performing at full capacity.
To that end, a key goal is to keep our employees healthy and to ensure that any interaction
among our employees and valued customers is safe.
As such, Vianet has instituted the following measures:
Establishing a COVID-19 Planning Team with representation from senior leadership in
partnership with the Health & Safety Committee.
Monitoring and adhering to the Public Health regulations and guidelines to ensure the
safety and well being of our customers and staff.
Reminding everyone of the importance of proper hand washing with soap and hot water.
Additionally, alcohol-based hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the
workplace and common areas.
Ensuring Front-line staff are disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces such
as telephones, keyboards and debit machines.
Equipping Field Technicians with personal hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes to be
used before and after service calls and installs.
Cancelling non-essential business travel, in person sales calls and community
Distributing workloads to our employees across departments and satellite locations to
ensure continuous support in case one area is significantly impacted by coronavirus.
Requesting that employees who can perform their functions remotely work from home.
Organizing office space to ensure social distance among remaining office staff.
