We are excited to announce that your account has been successfully transitioned to our system. Starting February 1st, we are officially your new home for all things Internet.


Transition Timeline
PHASE 1
IMMEDIATE: Business as Usual (Completed)

We are working behind the scenes, but for you, nothing changes today.

  • Continue using your existing services normally.
  • Keep contacting Point To Point Broadband support channels.
  • Continue to make your payments to Point To Point as usual.
  • Watch your emails for updates from Point To Point and Vianet.
PHASE 2
MID JANUARY: Introduction and Plan (Completed)

We will finalize the integration roadmap and share the specifics with you.

  • Look to this resource hub and your email for updates.
  • This page will be updated with an FAQ to help you.
PHASE 3
COMING WEEKS: Guided Transition (Completed)

We begin integrating your billing and services.

  • Behind-the-scenes account migration begins.
  • You will have a Vianet Customer ID (Account Number) assigned to you.
  • You will receive ample notice if any action is required on your part.
PHASE 4
FUTURE STATE: Welcome Home (Current Status)

Integration is complete, and your services are fully transitioned to Vianet

You will need this to register for MyAccount, our online portal where you can manage your payments and view statements.
Use your Customer ID and statement Email to set up your new password from your email.
Billing & Payment Details

Making payments and staying on top of your billing has never been easier with Vianet. Choosing from one of our convenient methods below that works best for you, whether that be a set it and forget it or a quick and easy manual online payment. Vianet provides several payment options to make your service experience easy!

No Changes to Service: Your current monthly speed and price will stay exactly the same.
Monthly Statements: You will receive your statement via email around the 5th of each month.
New Due Date: Starting in February, all payments will be due on the 21st of the month.
Automatic Payments:
  • Bank Withdrawal: If you use pre-authorized debit, your info has moved with you. Your February payment will be withdrawn on Feb 21st (or the next business day).
  • Credit Card: For security reasons, credit card data must be re-entered. Please log in to MyAccount after February 1st to update your card details.
Mailing Address: If you prefer to pay by mail, please send payments to: Vianet 128 Larch St, Suite 202, Sudbury ON P3E 5J8.

Yes, you can expect the same service speeds and package pricing with your Vianet account.

No, your service will remain at the same price you were paying with Point to Point.

You will receive your statement by email from Vianet around the 5th of each month for services billed for that calendar month.

You may continue to make your payments by automatic credit card billing. You do need to provide us with your credit card information. You can do so by logging into MyAccount or call us at 1-800-788-0363

Yes, we were able to securely transfer your banking information to your Vianet account. Please note that your withdrawal date has changed to the 21st of each month. Your first withdrawal from Vianet will be on February 21st, 2026. If you wish to change your payment method with Vianet, you may do so by logging into MyAccount or contacting us at 1-800-788-0363

Payments for accounts are due on the 21st of the month.

Yes, Flextv is available to all Vianet Internet customers. We do recommend a speed of 20Mbps download for optimal service, but reach out to our Client Solutions team to discuss your needs.

Yes, Vianet is a telephone provider and we would love to offer you home phone services that include calling features like voicemail, call waiting, call display and more. You can keep your existing number and choose a long distance package that suits your needs. Business services are also available. Contact us today for more information!
