Accessibility Survey

As part of Vianet’s ongoing commitment toward fulfilling the goal of the Accessible Canada Act, which is, to make Canada barrier-free by January 1, 2040, Vianet is creating an Accessibility Plan. This plan is being developed through consultations with persons with disabilities, and is open to all employees, customers and any member of the public that would like to participate. The Vianet Accessibility Plan will be available on our website June 1st, 2023.

Vianet invites you to consider the following questions and provide your feedback. Your feedback will help us to develop an Accessibility Plan to address, remove and prevent barriers for persons with disabilities.

QUESTIONS

All responses provided through the Accessibility Survey form are anonymous and collected in aggregate with other responses. If you would like to receive a response in regard to your survey responses, please select yes for question 5 and provide an email address.

1. Have you personally encountered accessibility barriers when interacting with us?

A barrier means anything—including anything physical, architectural, technological, or attitudinal, anything that is based on information or communications or anything that is the result of a policy or a practice—that hinders the full and equal participation in society of people with a disability.

2. Have you noticed any barriers to accessibility in the following categories at our organization:

  1. The built environment (includes our physical office locations and buildings)
  2. Information and Communication Technologies (includes our website, social media, electronic forms, etc.)
  3. Communications (includes access to Sign Language interpreters, captioning on videos, clarity of communication, etc.)
  4. Programs, Products and Services (ease of access and delivery of)
